stefanwest
Finally done. Some antenna work. Went to Scottcon 2013 show held by the IPMS group in Warner Robins. GA. My Heinkel He 177 Greif came in 1st place in Military Multiprop All Scales. It caught me by surprise. 13
Beard
I have a soft spot for the He177 unlike, I suspect, the crews who flew it. This model brings back memories from my youth, there was an Airfix catalogue from the seventies with a kid holding a whole load of boxes and this boxing was one of them. How I envied him. Anyway, enough of an old man's memories... I like what you've done with it.

John_W
That was a challenging kit 30 years ago. Lovely build.
Sean1968
This is my favorite German WW2 aircraft! I know it was as dangerous for the crew as it was for the people who were getting bombed, but I tend to overlook that. Great model, A+ from me. raif
Good Greif! years ago I fancied building this kit myself but never did, she looks very nice indeed!
fallmonk
Awww you brought back some happy memories there , I built this kit so many years ago think it was in black n white ;-) till evil nasty sister killed it ! Although my kit was badly painted and no doubt heavily glued :-) Nothing like your master piece , truly deserved its 1st place , very very impressive
stevej60
Great to see someone doing "old" Airfix some justice.Lovely job!

Martian
Great model from what is still really rather a nice kit. I have one of these in my box of doom. I really ought to get it out and finish it, especially as I have a rather nice set of AIMS decals for it. Martin

Old_Scopie
Nicely done, gives me encouragement to continue. Just started cleaning up the parts from an ebay purchase. Mine has two sets of the airfix decals, both useless, but it also has a set of the revell decals.

Buzby061
Nice work on that old timer. Looks a lot better than the one I built when I was about 12! Pete
