wellsprop
Thanks for the comments Keith, the display I have is war time Spits only, however, I would like to build some od the more unusual prototypes and display them in the cabinets either side. johnd
May I suggest an early two-blader and a contra-prop model, possibly a Seafire FR.47? John.
bigbadbadge
Nice collection, great work. A nice early two blader would look good. All the bestChris
gengriz
Lovely collection; you need to add some proper "Seafires" though ! FredT
wellsprop
Like the idea of the Mk I early as well as an Fr.47 Would really like to do a prototype collection as well. Type 300, Contra prop XIV as well as the Mk III. Has anyone got any models of any prototypes? I'd love to see them! Ben.
wellsprop
Oops, I meant the Mk IV/XX not III
Beard
What to build next... How about a VI (AZ make one if you don't fancy doing a conversion) or a VII or VIII (likewise)? Of course there's a Va, it can be made from the Airfix I/II boxing...

johnd
To my mind low back 14s look good in SEAC markings. The dark earth and green variety would be a contrast to those you already have.
malt1977
My collection of Spits is currently at 22, just need to pull my finger out and crack on. Great looking builds buy the way.
wellsprop
My entire spitfire collection is 19 with 4 more in the stash. This collection on my "Spitfire Shelf" is wartime marks only. I have 5 airshow Spitfires hanging from my ceiling and two more in dioramas. The other two are larger scale at sat awkwardly where theres enough room haha

wellsprop
Amazing collection... Thanks Houston! For the record, I would like to mention that I am only 17 and have only been SERIOUSLY modeling for the past two years. the back half of my collection was built 2 years ago when my skills were lacking. Only the front section of the bubbletops has been done recently!
