OzH
This is my entry into the Fleet Air Arm Group build, finished this afternoon in the markings of WW150 “353/O” of 890 NAS on board HMS Ark Royal in 1956 The kit is the Classic Airfames 1/48 Sea Venom with Wolfpack wing folds and Model Alliance decals More pictures, info and build thread here
patjb
Very nice, Classic Airframes models are not exactly rattle the box and it comes out good. I do like aircraft that fold their wings. It looks like the weathering is nice and subtle as well, Navy airframes always were a lot cleaner than RAF aircraft, regular washes to combat corrosion I'm sure. tonyot
That's a beauty Oz, It really looks the part, especially with those yellow and black tip tanks! I`ve got the same wing fold and decals in my stash and I`ll be happy if mine turns out half as nice, Cheers mate Tony

Tiger331
Its really nice to see one of these great kits actually built (rather than fetching astronomical prices on auction sites). Well done, Oz on a superlative build and finish....they are not easy......... Mark
OzH
Thanks for all the comments folks, much appreciated... Now that is very nice. Nigel Heath
Decals... they're not perfect but look OK I thought you were going to say masking and paint, it must have been tricky with decals on those compound curves.
