PlaStix 22,211
Hi all, Some photographs of 4 of the kits I've completed since getting back into kit building - this time with a Sci-Fi/comic book slant. All mostly 'out of the box' builds and all great fun to make! Airfix Angel Interceptor Polar Lights Batmobile - Snap Kit Polar Lights Batmobile - Snap Kit Moebius Batpod Imai Thunderbirds Zero-X I have uploaded some photos of 4 of the real space kits I have completed since getting back into kit building and they can be found here. My current build of Bandai's ISS Space Suit can be found here. Cheers, Stix

PlaStix 22,211
Thank you Mushi. Yeah when I got back into kit building I was chuffed to see the Interceptor was available. I'm pretty sure I built one a long, long time ago too. Cheers, Stix

jeff1200 13
I can almost hear the "turbines to speed" (or was it power?) on that Batmobile! Great work.
PlaStix 22,211
I can almost hear the "turbines to speed" (or was it power?) on that Batmobile! Great work. Thank you Jeff. According to 'Wikiquote' you are correct: [in the Batcave, Batman and Robin prepare to leave in the Batmobile.] Robin: Atomic batteries to power. Turbines to speed. Batman: Roger. Ready to move out. HOUSTON 2,618
Stix, Ooh those are wonderful.. They bring back youthful memories of toys I played with. Quite Effulgent and most IMPRESSIVE Builds.
PlaStix 22,211
Thank you Houston. I had one of the big toy versions of the Zero-x when I was a kid but I have no idea what happened to it. I still have my battered Corgi Batmobile and some of the orange rockets! Memories indeed!
