1/48th scale Classic Airframes TA-4J as NZ6256 pre Golden Scooter,

As a trials aircaft to test the visibility of the scheme, this ex-RAN machine retained its RAN paint scheme of Light Gull Grey and White with RNZAF markings on the starboard side whilst the port side received the new markings. She only flew once in this scheme and did not carry tanks. Once the viability was extablished she was stripped own and repainted into the Golden Skyhawk.
