Nigel Heath Posted August 21, 2013 Share Posted August 21, 2013 I would fill the canopy you have with modelling clay or similar (possibly Fimo). Then make a female mould using silicone putty (available from Hobby Craft). Then cast a resin male former. Once cured this may need a little sanding to tidy up (and slightly reduce the size to take into account the thickness of the vacform. There you have it, job done.
