PaulR
Evening all. Am building an RN meteor T7 for the FAA group build, and I need a good dayglo orange paint in acrylic. Anyone have any tips or guidance in thid regard? Many thanks in advance, Paul.
cardiff guy
not shore about acrylic though most manufacturers do fluo colours in their range I used a heavily thinned revell enamel sm332 on this gannet I think it came out ok just remember what ever you use to put it over white primer first . Regards Glenn.

Wez
Halfords do a spray can dayglo orange which is acrylic although I haven't had the chance to try it I've no reason to suspect it wouldn't work as well as there others, likewise I have a spray tin of Revell fire-orange (I think that's how it's described), that I haven't tried yet. It's a more red version of dayglo orange if you catch my drift? Pretty sure that's acrylic too! Wez Edited August 13, 2013 by Wez
Julien
Just got a tub of the revel Aqua to use. Before this I have used Lifecolor but find it need to be heavily thinned. As said in the thread put it on over a white undercoat. Julien
Work In Progress
Yep, Revell Aqua for me too, and definitely undercoat white first.
canberra kid
Halfords Day-Glo is fantastic over a white undercoat, it's the only one I use. John
