EXPrompt
Good afternoon colleagues. One of my early operations. But the model is seldom built by modellers. Therefore decided to show. Blackburn "Shark" II K5609 №684, the 821Squadron, aircraft carrier HMS "Courageous" 1936. Edited August 9, 2013 by EXPrompt

jenko
That just shows what can be done from an old kit. Top draw is that.

Miggers
Wow,you do like doing excellent models from old biplane kits(like the Heller Rapide). Love the idea of the lift off upper cowl section BTW.
stevehnz
Nice looking job of that, a treat to see one of these. they don't come up often. At risk of showing my ignorance, iirc, if this is a Shark II it should have an AS Tiger engine, this looks to have a Pegasus which would make it a III.(?) Steve. JOCKNEY
Hi EXprompt Great job on the shark, love the detailing you have added. Bit worried about you HE-51 at the bottom of the post, someone appears to have swapped the floats for wheels when you were not looking Cheers Pat
EXPrompt
AS Tiger engine, this looks to have a Pegasus which would make it a III.(?) Steve. You are right, there shall be a tiger. It was necessary to do MK3, but there it is necessary to press a lamp of the pilot. Sean1968
Anybody who gets a Novo kit to look like that gets a thumbs up from me.
stevehnz
Anybody who gets a Novo kit to look like that gets a thumbs up from me. Totally agree with this too. Such a nice Pegasus too, maybe it would be easier to search out some different markings for a Mk III rather than unseat that gorgeous motor or maybe just be happy with it the way it is, its a super piece of modelling.
