That's going to be a bit huge! The nose section alone looks bigger that most of my completed models. Are you going with fully detailled cockpit etc. ?

I selected this question because I considered very interesting and important. In addition to the KC-10, I'm also building a C-17 and the procedure will be the same in the cabin.

Hi Paulo. I don't know how you are getting along with the rigid PVC but I have found it not to be modeller firendly. Most if not all PVC (I could be wrong) products give off an oily gas which eventualy leads to glued joint failure. A much better alternative would have been ABS sheet, which is available fro .5 mm upwards, you could have then used an ABS tube from EMA (London) for the fuselage. You would need to use Methylene Chloride as a solvent for gluing or for stronger joints a Tensol (for Perspex) type cement.. Just my thoughts.
