Col.
Looks good to me and as Bill and Phil say that airbrake bay and door may hint at a full range of tin-wing Harriers on the way Dave it looks to me as if the fit of that part wasn't perfect and the light has been left off. Can't see one on the spine either.
Shar2
You'll need to open up the nose wheel bay door ground control handle flap too if you want to pose the doors open. But otherwise it does look rather nice. Can't really tell about the size of the air brake, but yes the anti-col lights are missing.
AnonymousAA72
It does look good. Airbrake could be a builder error, maybe they've kitted both with a GR as a future option... Hope so, though its easier to slice a few mm off of the airbrake than add it - as you need to do with Airfix's kit if building a GR1/3... we shall see - really looking forward to this...looks like it has both 100 gallon and 190 gallon tanks !! Excellent!!

Robert
Good to see a kit that does not come with open panels everywhere. Looks tempting but I prefer the FRS1., must resist........... Interesting to see those exhaust done as one piece. Robert

Robert
It is also actually cheaper to buy from Hanants than LM, must be a first, if you are not in a hurry. Homebee
Hannants = £31.99 without P&P Lucky Model = £32.12 P&P incl. A comparison proves nothing... V.P. V.P.
Gary West
and with LM even if you ask them to treat as a gift and not list the cost, the authorities here stil sting you for VAT - hit twice recently, staying UK from now on me. Col.
Was trying to see from the photo if the panels were different and offering the single radar display of an FRS.1 as well as the twin MDF displays of the F/A.2 but can't quite make it out. tonyot
Mine came today too,......what a beautiful kit and the decal sheet is amazing too,.........this is a definite multi buy kit,....... it is so nice to see the SHAR done like this at last! Cheers Tony Unless Xtradecal do some of the prototypes/ development SHAR 2`s then I don`t see much need for an after market sheet really. Decoman
From looking at the preview images in this thread earlier, it looked to me that the thrusters are moulded hollow, which is nice if that is the case. The side wheel undercarriage seem moulded in once piece, something I don't like. Would be really nice to see a brand new FRS.1 kit in 1:48 scale.
