HI,having built the crew version,thought id have a go at the cargo version,so heres some w.i.p pics,its much the same as the crew version,until the upper stage,but ive added a few little bits to give the eye something to look at,a few pipes,and pipe clamps/brackets?

the bits that are different,from the crew version....

just making some clamps?to put round the shroud to fasten it on,just copied the retros on the saturn v...

end result not too bad?

trying a different black/white roll pattern,as photo,s all differ...

made some shroud clamps out of some fish tank plastic trim,it had a nice x section to it....

not too bad.....

bit of paint,

putting some life to the engine bells....

going to put some extra fuel lines down the tank,or cable trunking?

going to put fixing screw through the engine bell so its hidden?

putting a bit of relief on the tank dome?

HI AGAIN,So lets see how far,we can get on today?

just finishing a bit of detailing? on the intertank domes...

payload shroud,will fit ok,held in place by the bits of evergreen,making it more stable to display?and of course removable

just starting the base to hold it,it makes for an easier build at this stage..but i,ll skip the pics of that ,as its already on here...

adding a few cable tunnels,pipes...

slap a bit more colouring on...

ive just remembered its the three engine varient,so i can attach it to the stand with the spare engine mount..

not too shabby,in the end...

so that will do for the Build,the next pics will be in the finished section,if you want to view them and let me know what you think....great ?
