Christer A
Hello. I noticed over at Hannants that Italeri has just issued an A-36 Apache in 1/48. That should from an Accurate Miniature mould right?
gingerbob
Yes, it is.
Don McIntyre
Yes, so anything you want to add from the aftermarket that's listed for the Accurate Miniatures kit will fit this one.

gingerbob
What Hasegawa kit?
Work In Progress
This (the Accurate Miniatures family of kits) is the only injection moulded Allison Mustang family released in 1/48, so no Hasegawa comparison can be made. They are good kits, which can be improved in detail but look nice straight out of the box so long as you change the prop for something nicked off a decent P-39 or similar. After-market props are available too. I did mine when they first came out and thought it was better than most 1/48 WW2 fighter kits on the market then. There's an illustrated build review of the original Acc min release of the A-36 variant here: http://www.cybermodeler.com/hobby/builds/am/build_am_3401.shtml
