rotorheadtx Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 A new diversion on the bench, just needs a few last details and then the rigging. 2
Paul J Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 I like it! Very nice looking even though its not finished yet. Its sort of right as the USAAC did use a few Bulldogs , so why not Gladiators. So inspired and inspiring! PS: Could this lead to US types of the 30's in RAF 30's schemes! Imagine, for example Boeing F4Bs or Curtiss F-11 in 43 squadron or any of the others.... 1
rotorheadtx Posted July 3, 2013 Author Posted July 3, 2013 A little more progress. Brother, do I need better lights and a pop-up photo booth.....
rotorheadtx Posted July 6, 2013 Author Posted July 6, 2013 Exhaust pipes on and detail paint touch-ups complete. Time for a final glossing, a wash and matte coat, and then I find out if the new medical tape on the canopy is gold or garbage. 2
dogsbody Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 (edited) Nice work. Yes, the USN did test a couple of Bristol Bulldogs. Chris Edited July 13, 2013 by dogsbody
heloman1 Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 Nice on Tony, certainly sets the Gladiator off in a different light. Congratulations. Colin
