'Miss Demeanour' - Revell 1/72 Hawker Hunter

Recommended Posts

Evening guys and girls,

After she got me some headsets for my motorbike for Christmas, I thought I'd do something a bit unique for my ex-girlfriend's 23rd birthday. When we were still going out we saw Miss Demeanour at the Eastbourne airshow and she really liked the look of it, so given I have no money and the kit only cost £11, it seemed a reasonably sensible thing to do :mental:

Everything was done by hand, after I had nothing but headaches when I tried to mask it. I've also made a little base for it to sit on, which depicts a climbing attitude.

EDIT: I took some better pictures before packing it up - and you wouldn't believe the number of times I wrote 'fragile' on the box :P

Very,very nice indeed Hammer.

Having seen Mr Whaley's favorite ride up close and personal,I'd say you've

pulled a nice one out of the hat there.

If you'd have asked though,I could've sent you some 899 "Bunch with the Punch" decals for the tail.

Thanks Miggers, and thanks for the offer of NAS decals, but I just didn't have the time or means to be sourcing those extra bits - such as a pilot :P

Duncan - cracked it in a week. It's been a very stressful week though!!
