pabbi
part 60 was not used had no idea how that could fit I lost parts 46 and 47 they catapulted after some time of trying to get them in place, used part 60 to somewhat replace them, also I added 2nd connection for part 58 to the the frame now ready for primer and clean up for painting..... Mike
I like the look of that - a nice clean build up
pabbi
noticed I turned the rear undercarriage 180° wrong, fixed that and the wheels are now more forward and it is now a tail sitter Broke the rudder connector a few time and then lost it, made something to replace it... also broke the pitot tube a few times but managed not to loose it. painted with ModelMaster RLM76 and Xtracrylix RLM 71, instrument decals are also on. Mike
Perhaps if you add a resin pilot figure, it'll balance out?
pabbi
Perhaps if you add a resin pilot figure, it'll balance out? the rotor blades could also maby balance her, they are 2cm front of the rear wheels, also 2 fuel tanks, I will wait and see.... Ex-FAAWAFU
Nice job so far - though you'd have to pay me a silly amount of money to fly one!
Martian
If you have not already glued the fuel tanks together, try putting some weight in them. I suspect that this along with the rotor assemblies will put things right again. Great looking model so far, masking it off for spraying must have been hard. pabbi
the rotor assembly did balance the model fine I did no masking for spraying only had a cardboard card in one hand and the airbrush in the other the decals went on great, "almost" finished

Pete in Lincs
Nice job. I always liked these things. I have the Special Hobby Flettner 265 on the to do list. Now this 2 seater, In the event of a crash, The observer goes backwards into the prop on the back of the engine! But, with no armour, that's probably the least of his worries. Also, what a huge rotor span for the size of the craft. Again, nice work, Ragnar. Pete
