Hardtarget
As my two bobs decals turned up it would be rude not to use them for this GB. The plan is to build as many of the a/c that took part as possible. Not sure what to start with though but have enough kits to build them all. All kits will be either Hasegawa or Revell. Oh and as an added bonus i might just make this academy blue angels kit that i bought for six quid from mz.

Hardtarget
Better update the progress made on this bird. With the wings and fuselage cementedm it was about time they both met. This is straight forward and the wings sit snugly to the fuselage. Masking for the modern intermediate blue. Now i couldnt seem to get a match to FS35240 so i made up my own mixture using azure blue newer tin and azure blue hu157 old tin and seemed to get a very good match using the CD images that i bought with the sheets. Wet tissue was stuffed in the intakes. Masking for the top coat of Dark sea blue modern equivalen FS35042 which is a close match to Blue Angels blue which i had a tin of. And sprayed on. Tail fins added and the kite is begining to look the part. Nose cone masked and was sprayed the lt gull grey.
