HL-10
Apart from the aerial wires, this kit is straight from the box, nothing added. I used Humbrol enamels to paint her. My sister bought this for me to build as she likes Spitfires, and wants one. windows screenshot program image upload with preview free screen capture software free screenshot software how to take screenshots image sharing images Thanks for looking.

Miggers
Straight from what box HL ? I'm interested because she's a 92 Sqn kite.
HL-10
Straight from what box HL ? I'm interested because she's a 92 Sqn kite. Yep! Its out of the box. Its Tamiya's.Decals are the kits, all added was the aerial cables. I was tempted to add belts and back armour, but I just wanted to do it OOB build. Thanks for the kind words, they're appreciated.

It'd be nice to say that it was Brian Kingcombe's,he certainly flew one of 92's cannon 1b's with black and white undersides (QJ*F/R6908).

Miggers
I'd like to think it might have been flown by Geoffrey Wellum, who knows? Could well have been mate. The "established"92 pilots tended to have and generally fly their favorites. Alan Wright for example, always had QJ*S,Titch Havercroft had QJ*P. I'll do a bit of searching and get back. Wellum flew K9998 QJ*K. Joseph Edited May 10, 2013 by JosephLalor
Miggers
Had a wee look myself. QJ*B might have been Robert Stanford Tuck's aircraft. Wellum flew K9998 QJ*K. Joseph Correct Joe,Geoff Wellum certainly flew K. I'm pretty certain though that by the time X4591/QJ*B was knocking about with 92, Bob Tuck had left to command 257. The only reference that I can come up with for her HL,is that Alan Wright flew her once whilst his usual steed, QJ*S,was being serviced. Not a bad thing,Alan Wright was one of 92's aces but scored all his kills on just three Mk1/1a Spits which were all coded "S".

Miggers
That's a gorgeously done spit miggers, love it Not one of mine Notty,it's HL-10's. I pounced on it because it's a 92 Sqn kite(QJ)and my B of B fighter pilot hero(Bob Tuck) flew with 92.
