NavDoc
These shots show first, a sample of sludge - a mix of a little acrylic medium gray with a lot of dishwasher detergent - on some of the panel lines, and the second shot is a sample comparing some finished panel lines with some non-colored panel lines. NavDoc
Finally, masked off the wing, elevator and tail fin leading edges, to apply the Model Master Aluminum. Then, tack on the small parts, including the flaps, elevators, landing gear, windshield and canopy, two 500 lb bombs and add the 5" rockets, painted aluminum with olive drab heads, the typical colors for Korean war aerial rockets, and another Grumman Cat is ready to add to the collection. Thanks for viewing !!
