Max Headroom
Here's an interesting link http://www.urbanghostsmedia.com/2011/04/top-secret-technology-demonstrator-aircraft-declassified/ Never seen the Bird of Prey before. Have Blue = F-117 of course. Tacit Blue is now in a museum after being buried (I think) for a number of years. Bird of Prey looks cool though! AirfixAndy
The Bird of Prey is pretty wild. It certainly looks wild but I found this quote almost unbelievable ....... "" Despite its radical appearance, the aircraft was aerodynamically stable enough to use manual hydraulic controls rather than fly-by-wire, "" Andy
Mozzy19
It looks a bit like that Iranian thingy, especially the wings.

"" Despite its radical appearance, the aircraft was aerodynamically stable enough to use manual hydraulic controls rather than fly-by-wire, "" Andy Funnily enough I was reading about this aircraft last night. Apparently the aerodynamic stability came from the chines which provided lift for the forward section in front of the wings, essentially it used the same principle as the SR-71!
