1964rac
Ever wanted to find a classic car in a Junk Yard or hidden away in a long forgotten barn? In the States (America to you and I) there is a group of people called "Pikers" their job description is "Antique Archeology", who travel around looking for just this sort of thing. This particular model is inspired by the excellent book Dr Cranky's "Ratz Rodz and Rusty" and by all things rusty. The model is a 1/24 scale plastic kit from Moebius. Rusted with: Lifecolor Rust and Dust set Mig: Light, Standard & Old Rust pigments Barn scratch built with balsa wood This model just built itself, so to speak... Another in a long line of rusted gems. Cheers Richard

pte1643
I know it's not a Plymouth Fury, but this reminds me of the film Christine. Great effects.

Pete in Lincs
Nice job. Love the styling on those cars. IIRC it was Harley Earl's work. Pete

BAC
That's really nice. BTW it was Virgil Exner that designed the 'Forward Look' Chrysler Corp cars not Harley Earl.

rmcclure
Blimey that's stupendous! The rust effects are spot on and I can picture myself opening that barn door for the first time in years to find this old beast. Super job and thanks so much for sharing.
