Panzer Vor!!! Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Well done Malc very nice one thing if you don,t mind me saying perhaps some rope round the oil drum? Lash it down a bit otherwise excellent work . Dave
Murdo Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 That looks really classy and smart and a really nice weathering job and the figgies look good too. Can I point out a couple of things that stand out straight away (and have been pointed out to myself in the past) and will really make it look good please? 1) Nothing is ever left loose on an AFV, it won't be there for long... Or it could be a very serious danger to the crew and others. Whilst the back pack and helmet could be taken inside after they move off, here you have a loose tow hawser on the front which should be shackled to the towing ring. The spare wheel looks to be sitting loose as is the pick axe and jerry cans behind the wood. The hawser eye and spare wheel would both be a serious hazard to the crew, especially the driver and a tank can be a very violently moving vehicle. 2) One of your tracks looks like it is the wrong way round, I think it's the L/H one, perhaps too late to fix but one to watch for the future. Sorry mate, I really don't mean to carp or seem like a smart alec but these just stood out straight away on a cracking and well painted model.
Malcolm Shaw Posted April 3, 2013 Author Posted April 3, 2013 (edited) Thanks for the comments, fellas. Murdo, no worries, mate, all comments are welcome, whether positive or negative, it`s how we learn to improve I will make some changes, but not the track, it is too late for that, but thanks for telling me as I hadn`t noticed that before.. Now then, can any one tell me why my pictures might have disappeared, especially as I`ve not been on photobucket since I up-loaded. I`ve re-loaded now. Malc. Edited April 3, 2013 by Malcolm Shaw
