stevej60
Hi all, first post and first biplane.I,m not a ww1 modeller but picked up this kit for £1.50 at my local store. Ok its rigged with scaffolding poles but it was just an exercise in fun.I used an excellent article on wingnut wings re8 to give it a bit accuracy.I,m sure these things were in still in service when the kit came out!thanks for looking Steve. gcn
Nice job Steve, for £1.50 who could argue. I see Modelzone had a whole fleet of Airfix WW1 kits in their store for a similar price the other week if you have the bug.
Silver Fox
I have attempted to build this one many many times in the distant past but always gave up. Well done it looks splendid and I'm sure your right about the issue/service date
