Mark
Great looking pair Glenn! I've always loved the RAF's coloured spine and fin aircraft, it certainly looks great alongside the grey/green one.

R A Ferguson
Hello Cardiff Guy Excellent builds of your Lightnings and the details for 1/72 kits. The only thing I am not sure of is the radar nose cone colour, but that is just a wee point of opinion. Well done all the same RAF
Duncan B
They both look really well finished and you have been very clever with your choice of camera angles which have masked some of the more obvious inaccuracies of the Trumpeter kit. Very well done and you have made me think that maybe I should go ahead and build one from the bottom of the stash after all. Duncan B

cardiff guy
Thank's for your kind comments, the base is a piece of m.d.f with a chamfered edge The hardstand is pre printed from velindren ,the tail pipe on the f3 is from airies "which was a nightmare to get right",and on the f6 from aero club both have pre printed cockpits from eduards zoom range.
