Didn't win anything but have thouroughly enjoyed building it and am currently changing some of the vehilces for others as well as adding more troopers,,,,Klick on the pics and go to my Fotki album where there are 53 pages of the build for viewing..... HOUSTON Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 Doug, I had a look at your BRIDGE diorama on our Fotki album...
Falconbacker Posted January 30, 2013 Author Posted January 30, 2013 Built in a short number of days but a lot of hours, only to get beat out by models that didn't meet the criteria of 2 0r more vehicles and 5 or more troops. Have 10 different vehicles and 90+ troopers on the dio, hand built the trees from roots and railroad foam, scratched the bridge and supports, rock walls foam core poster board and clay, other rocks cast plaster and on and on and on......Most troopers were modified at least a little...but the judges decision was final and I can accept that......I athink they were overwhelmed with all the mini dios with in the dio......
TinHead Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 This is really special. What scale are we talking here? Andy
