Deacon Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 I have recently discovered a 'passion' for P-38's, P-47's and P-51's. When I saw this GB was happening I just had to join in as it gave me an excuse to build another one of the above. With the P-51 well catered for, I looked at the P-47 kits I have. "Balls Out" a P-47 D30-RA was flown by Capt. Milton W. Thompson of the 509th Fighter Squadron, 405th Fighter Group. There's not much to show as you lot probably know more about the Revell P-47 than I do. So, just a shot of part of the tub.... and an idea of the fit of the wings to the fuselage...
