Adam Maas Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 I noticed people are using AM Decals for this kit on this GB, are they no good or are people just doing something different? The kit decals are in fact excellent, but they suffer from two issues: 1. Only one option, a Tuskeegee redtail (typical for Airfix Series 1 kits) 2. An unfortunate choice in names on that option ('Lolipoop') I suspect you'll see a lot more box decals used for the other boxings (the Mustang IV Starter Kit and F-51D Series 2 boxings), of course those are either more interesting (the ever-popular 112 Squadron Sharkmouth in the starter kit) or give multiple options (the F-51D).
