AnonymousDFB1
Okay now the big spit is out of the way and the decals for this one have arrived, I can start building. As well as being a build for this GB it will add to my mixed 1:32 and 1:48 357th collection. Obligatory box, sprue and decal shots

AnonymousDFB1
Nice one Les, I shied away from Daisy Mae as I couldn't find any photos of her in wartime and didn't want the buzz code on the lower wing. I will do her later to add to by 357th collection.
wellzy
Daisy mae did fly befor the end of the war I dod not like Temptation as the head lokked a little small to me
AnonymousDFB1
No doubt of Daisy Mae flying during the war, just that I won't build without an accurate photo, and I needed one with no buzz codes and invasion stripes if she carried them. AnonymousDFB1
This Mustang is one lovely little kit, much progress today. The aircraft I'm building has an un-cuffed prop so I've experimented with the top most blade. Ready to button her up. More tomorrow

maltadefender
Passion Wagon or one of Weaver's later mounts? I've got both, but I'd probably do the bare metal 'nude' for this as it would fit best. If you guys fancy it, I can get my friend who's a bit of whizz at these things to do Photoshop and put the three finished builds together on an airfield! Meanwhile... more piccies please!

It is a bit bigger Andy, but a drop of Tamiya X20A on the decal and it conforms. I've got both, but I'd probably do the bare metal 'nude' for this as it would fit best. If you guys fancy it, I can get my friend who's a bit of whizz at these things to do Photoshop and put the three finished builds together on an airfield! Meanwhile... more piccies please! Radleigh
I noticed people are using AM Decals for this kit on this GB, are they no good or are people just doing something different?
AnonymousDFB1
Looking forward to the next update. What did you use for the preshade? I use some water based artist pens from Faber and Castell called Shades of Grey. I noticed people are using AM Decals for this kit on this GB, are they no good or are people just doing something different? I'm using AM decals for several reasons. 1. I like 357th Aircraft, 2. To be different, 3. I didn't fancy building 'Lollipop".
