graham121
The year started off with an OOB 1/48th Monogram OS2U Kingfisher in 107 Sqn RAAF Markings from Red Roo Models. Followed by a very enhanced 1/48th F/A-18A+ from the Haswgawa kit in Two Bob's VMFA-312 spliter scheme from 2004. Next up three more RAAF Subjects, first a 22 Sqn 1/48 Italeri A-20G from 22 Sqn 1944 And then an exercise in Natural Metal - using aluminium foil - gave us this 1/48 Monogram B-24J Liberator in 21 Sqn markings And a Special Hobby 1/48th Anson in the experimental coastal markings worn by this 71 Sqn bird in 1943 From Airfix came this late Battle of Britain 1/48 BF-109E with Aeromaster decals Again from Airfix, the 1/48th Sea Vixen, with Model Alliance decals from the final launch off HMS Eagle And for a bit of colour a Classic Airframes 1/48 Meteor F4 converted into a U.15 Target Drone from RAE Llanbedr 1959 using the Alley Cat set Tamiya's 1/48 P-47D Razorback with some Aeromaster decals for Lt William K, Laake of the 351st FS,353rd FG was my entry for the USAAF Europe 1942-45 Group Build I finally got around to finishing this one I started about 6 years ago; Colin Macrae's WRC Focus from Monaco 2001 courtesy of the 1/24 Tamiya kit. And to round off the year a couple from Aerobatic teams. First up the 1/48 Monogram Pro Modeller F-84G with some terrible disintegrating Cutting Edge decals that resulted in all bar the roundels and serials being masked and painted on this 'Tigre Bianche' kite. Last up a CAC Sabre from the RAAF 76 Sqn Red Diamonds team circa 1963, this being the 1/48 Academy F-86F with High Planes conversion and Model Alliance decals. Thanks for looking Graham Edited January 2, 2013 by graham121

Col.
That really is a superb selection of models. You clearly have excellent masking and painting skills as that Meteor is flawless in two of the most difficult colours to paint.
