As I was finishing up the decals the inevitable happened, It fell from the counter and hit the floor. The fuselage craked frrom the nose across the bottom and up around the tail.

Im really bummed that I let this happen. I should recove this and still finish on time. The tail decal suffered the most damage cracking the decals. Its worse than it looks.

I really should have stripped it all down, re filled and sanded it all again and then repainted it. It seems thats the way my builds have been going lately building each kit twice...

Bah, sorry about the crappy tail pic, Ill take another shot later.

try using very small amounts of white filler and even more carefully - and gently - sand the filler flush.

then mask the filled.sanded line

brush paint over the filler only, using thinned satin white paint, so you have a neat narrow line of paint

On airbus aircraft the wing root fairing has a very obvious black seal running around it and the panel lines in front of the

wing are equally obvious, including where the model cracked

get some narrow black decal strip (Hannants sell it) and apply over these lines, including the one you repainted.

Job Done :)
