Jessica
Watch out for the undercarriage legs. They're moulded extended as if it was flying, so it'll stand too tall if you don't shorten the oleo struts by about 2mm.

Josip
I love that effect you made with AB. Do you use AKAn paints? Please do check my effort with that kit in the gallery about 3 pages back. Josip Edited December 31, 2012 by Josip

John Thompson
Lower part of wing is Gunze C nr.74, upper will be by Pactra's AMT-12 and AMT-11 .... but I've problem with correct of shade :-( Good-looking model of a good-looking aircraft - I like the preshading effect on the underside of the wings! I did not know Pactra made acrylics (or enamels either) that were pre-matched to VVS colours, as I see from the bottles in your photo - are these new? I'll be curious to see if I can find these paints locally, although your comment suggests that you believe the colour of these paints is wrong. Am I understanding correctly? Thank you! Learstang
Looking great - keep up the good work! Besides being a deadly little b****r to the enemy, the Yak-3 was a nice-looking little aeroplane. Regards, Jason
