SaintsPhil
Simple question, do the all over MSG painted GR4 have the walkway stencils applied on the upper wings and fuselage? If so are they the same colour they've always been? TIA
Shaun
Simple question, do the all over MSG painted GR4 have the walkway stencils applied on the upper wings and fuselage? If so are they the same colour they've always been? TIA The still have the wing walks, I would say they are possibly painted dark sea grey not black like earlier schemes. http://www.airliners.net/photo/UK---Air/Panavia-Tornado-GR4/2171991/L/&sid=6f46db5e08cb824c7daaaeb9668c57e4 They are hard to see, but you can see them on the wing panels in this photo. SaintsPhil
Thanks Shaun, I had a look through a few pics, including the walkaround section on here! It looks like its a bit of a mixed bag. Unless my eyes deceived me I've seen some with Black/DSG on wings and fuselage, some on fuselage only and some with white ones a la F3! Muzz
There's also a few good photo's in Jamie Hunters book, Fighting Force and Combat Aircraft magazine showing relatively fresh looking MSG examples with the full set of walkway stencils, all in grey.
