Ed Russell Posted December 29, 2012 Share Posted December 29, 2012 To get the best possible fit at the wing roots, I've gone against the conventional rules I have found this modification has helped just about every Spitfire I have built I suppose this is the "conventional rule" for doing it? i have tried your method on some difficult non-Spitfire kits with some success - one worked fine, the other just moved the ill-fit problem to the underside!
