I believe the Academy is just a copy of the Hasegawa, but with the panel lines being recessed. Not sure about Hobbyboss, but I picked up a couple of Revell of Germany issues, which I believe are re-boxed Italeri kits. I believe they were considered to be the newest most accurate and up-to-date kit at the time they were released several years back. Their larger scale brethren (1/48) from Italeri had issues with the number of fan blades in the engine intakes, but I'm not sure the 1/72 ones had this same issue.

Others will chime in shortly I'm sure.

I have the Italeri kit, which is a re-release of the Revell AG kit. During the course of my research, both came highly recommeded. I managed to score an Italeri kit for a very good price anc have no complaints. HTH.

Other way round. It's an Italeri mold that was in a Revell box at some point.
