Looks so, it is made from two clear parts that can be seen in the link posted above. The standard nose has to be removed from the fuselage halves and replaced with the clear one.

I might have to invest in one, then :). Thanks Giorgio  It would mean that I have some Israeli decals to give away!

yeah, it's the nose part from their separate FR9 kit. It's not perfect (doesn't really have the shaped 'flat' either side of the camera windows) but it's not a bad stab at it.
