The underneath is nearly finished. Added a bit more weathering with oils. Just the undercarriage doors left to do then I can move on the the sides!

This is looking so good, wonderful work. I'm drawing loads of inspiration from this build to my upcoming 1/72 adventure. Not that I expect to reach anywhere near this paint and weathering quality... Please keep the thread going, looking forward to every update.

Fantastic job on this. It well and truly is the mutts nutts. :) Best looking 'hunka junk' in the galaxy! :)

If I could just ask you a question that will take less the 12 parsecs to answer.

What colours/combination of colours did you use for you base colour (after priming)? I have one of these to do and love the effect you managed to achieve.

Vallejo Model Color 70883 Silvergrey : 1

Vallejo Model Color 70820 Offwhite : 2
