Muzz
Looking to see if anyone has some close up photo's of the 84 Sqn Wessex HU5's from Cyprus, in particular looking to find out about the aerial fit to the nose area and the underslung load hook area. The kit instructions for the aerial fit is wrong but can't get any good close ups of the blade aerials fitted to the real thing.

Look on Air Britains site photo section Wessex ,there are shots of an all White ,all Black Mk5c plus standard camo. Regards Len
Muzz
Thanks Len, had already had a look there but went back and have found a few more, still none that are up close though. There's two whip style aerials that have been fitted as some point too. Wondered what the black aircraft was all about, when I first saw it I thought it was something to do with the exposure of the photo! Murray Have you got the4+ publication Westland Wessex which has fine line drawings & a break down of all the aerials carried by the different Mks ., the RAF year book is another source of great pictures. Sadly those which came to Predannack ,were taken away again quickly so didnot get pictures.
