Looking really good mate, and a great choice of scheme too. That is the way I did mine, but be aware I thought the panel lines I used as a reference to cut out the roots on each model were the same on both models. Turns out they aren't. So you should measure fromthe bottom of the fuselage rather than rely on the lines.
