Great photos there jimbuna, loved them all, thank you for taking the time to upload/share them! It's been years since I've been there. Last time I was there the TSR-2 and the F-111 where together outside with a Draken iirc. The Shackleton was outside with the Victor and another big aircraft, can't remember what. I got all the photos at home but they where taken with a disposable camera so kinda dodgy, but I don't remember it being THAT packed there. They where also working on getting an F-4U Corsair flying, didn't see it in any of the pictures there tho :( Best thing I got down my way that's aircraft related is an semi-operational Vulcan (well it was last time I checked) and what's left of the other TSR-2 airframes that where used as target practice by the MoD.

On a kinda-related note, with all the old WWII aircraft and such, do they make the guns non-operational? It's only just occurred to me if they do or don't.

Kind Regards,

Dazz

I'd have thought the answer to the guns question would have to be a resounding 'YES' otherwise the plane in question would still be classified as a fighting weapon....I could be wrong though.
