Hi all,

Thanks for all your kind comments re the F-100F "Super Sabre" and to follow on another pair of late 50s jets......

Northrops F-5A "Freedom Fighter" as seen at many an air show during the eighties and earlier.

Wow Brian, that's a pair of beauts, the Norwegian one is particularly attractive. What decals did you use?

I used the box decals, but i also had the modeldecal sheet (set no 45) which i used a couple from.

That is two great builds!!

May I ask what colours you used on the Norwegian one? Im doing one in 1/48.

The weathering is very nice!

Hi Espen,

Both models were painted using Revell Enamel Silver 06 and Matt Black.

The Modeldecal sheet quotes (Norwegian) matt silver (aluminized polyurethane on actual aircraft)
