Bulldog Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 Cracking build, just a small point and correct me if I,m wrong but I thought the central doors on a mustang were closed on the ground.........they open during the retract sequence and close again when the wheels are up. Not meant in any way to be a criticism. Only on the P-51, P-51A or A-36 were the doors locked in the up position when on the ground, for the doors to be open on these they had to unlocked normally when maintenance was being carried out On the P-51B/C and D/K the doors slowly opened as the hydraulic pressure bleed off Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
