Shar2
Unfortunately it's one of the types I haven't got, the other variants from tumpeter I do have look very nice. AFV Club do the ATGW carrying version and the MGS, (Main Gun System).
SleeperService
Be aware that there are reportedly issues with the vinyl tyres reacting with the styrene components. I'd suggest a bit of time with Google (other search engines are available). The tyres can either split or 'melt' producing a nasty white liquid similar to PVA glue. I'd consider resin wheels as an option.
Stesca
I used the vinyl tyres on my LAV 111, but instead of painting them I gave them a gentle rub down then a good wash in warm soapy water, when dry I gave them a coat of Johnsons future then used washes and pigment powders on them, they were secured in place with white pva, and I have had no problems with them, Steve. Niall
I have the APC version and have not had a problem with the tyres. I did paint the wheel hubs before fitting them. Also MGS is Mobile Gun System.
SeanM
All the Strykers look cool IMHO. As someone said the only "missile" version is the ATGM with the TOW launched. I've considered doing a what-if air defence variant of the Stryker. I think it's an version that would look cool.... gatling gun & stinger pods? Maybe some day
