robward
Hi Fellow Model Makers I was directed to this site because i need some custom/bespoke decals making for my custom motorbikes Can anybody help me,Alps printed are hard to get nowadays as they went belly-up some years ago. I tried some decal manufacturer's but they want silly prices saying they only do a minimum of 50 sheets or more. I only want a few sheets for my bikes can anybody point me in the right direction and are they any good. Recommendations please,or comments welcome. robward
Hi Ruth Whats his decals like ? I am use to ALPS decals which becoming harder to get well almost impossible due to them going bust and the prices for decals to be printed by ALPS printer's going sky high. I tried several custom decal makers most want minimum runs of 50 sheets or more. My friend in the U.S. did a sheet or two for me. Thanks for the advice, this looks like a smashing website really helpful Rob
PhoenixII
Hi Rob, you can print your own either onto white or clear decal sheet, as Riggers suggested. Paul does great work BUT you will have to pay, along with most of the other 'short run' manufacturers. You could always ask if anyone else wants decals printing and split the cost, particularly if you have friends in th U.K. As an alternative, if you have friends over there that want custom decals, get the artwork together and contact Paul by e-mail i don't think the postage would be prohibitive.
