Freightdog suggestions sought for resin weapons

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

Not sure if it has been mentioned or if anyone does them, but can I request:

MATRA Rocket Pods

Red Top AAMs

Firestreak AAMs

all in 1/72 scale please? :-)

Thanks

George

1/72 Red Tops and Firestreaks are already available from Odds and Ordnance. See OAO72015 and -16 here:

Hi George,

Matra pods are in stock, but not on website yet. I have patterns for Firestreaks but have not sold them on their own yet.

Again, not a weapon...

How about a Harrier LRMTS nose to replace the skinny one in the Sword Harrir T-bird kit?

And while we're on the subject of Harriers, a GR1 style nose for the Italeri GR3 would go down very well indeed. :D

Actually, on a non-British flavour, an XM-35 set for the AH-1G would be really nice to have in 1/72, perhaps coupled with a "sugar scoop" exhaust deflector to make a nice late-Vietnam example (I'd buy 4 or 5 sets, alone!)

And some Zunis...

I'd be very interested in some TSR.2 chaff pods as de[icted in the Damien Burke book. Nobody else seems to make 'em.

We did look at those before, but the other sets didn't sell as well as hoped. However, we are again looking at doing these plus one other new TSR.2 set as Airfix are doing another boxing.

Well that's exciting, I was hoping you'd rerelease them, as I have a number of TSR.2s I want to build as whifs. Hooray! Sad to hear they didn't sell too well previously.
