What? Only a(nother) measly F-18 for 1/72 aircraft fans?

Glad to see the Cromwell coming out again. Has to be in the running for one of the finest 1/72-76 scale AFVs ever, at least if you except the much more expensive Dragon range.

A 1/32 Airacobra!!

1/48 I think - "P-39D Airacobra 04 868 1/48 € 34.99 11/2012" Interesting that this model seems to be priced at E35 when the 1/48 P47 above it lists at E18!

Nonetheless, some really exciting stuff.

That's a shame - I may as well get started on the Special Hobby kit, so I'll get the saw and ruler out.....

Might be tempted by the MQ-9 - but my sensible me tells me to build it in 1/72 for space reasons...

Nah! Andy, get the 1/48 version, I know I will. The USS New York looks very nice.

 As I said, the 'sensible' part of me...however when has sense or practicality ever played a part in my kit purchases? :banghead: You're right Dave - 1/48 it will be

Not a very inspiring list. Certainly nothing there to tempt yours truly ( except perhaps what appears to be Tamiya masking tape at much lower price!!). Still, that's just me! I'm sure there's plenty folk will be quite happy. A refreshing lack of Spitfires, P-51s, BF-109s, F-16s etc :D

Given the price difference between the Cobra and the P-47N, I have to wonder if it is really the Hasegawa P-400 kit as opposed to the ancient Monogram one. It would make sense, given that the P-47N would likely be Revell Monogram's old mold (and with recessed panel lines if I recall it correctly). I also don't recall Monogram's old P-39D having P-400 parts in it (i.e. the exhaust stacks). If it is indeed the case, I suppose it would be too much to ask for the kit to have both the 20mm and 37mm cannon options as well as all three types of exhaust stacks as Hasegawa has molded them (although resin could come to the rescue in those cases).
