ferny
Hi all Finished this a while ago up have only just got round to photoing it! Its a Tamiya lower hull with AA conversion for the upper hull and turret, and a shed load of PE! Also used metal tracks. Was a right pain to mask! but was worth it in the end. Have not weathered it as when in Berlin they were kept fairly clean and tidy. Thanks for looking Jon Edited July 17, 2012 by ferny

pte1643
Great job. I've got an old Tamiya Cheiftain that needs a refurb and was thinking of doing this scheme for that. Technically it won't be the correct mark, of course, but that doesn't worry me too much. Can I ask where you got your refernence? I can find pictures of the sides, but not the Front, Back or Top. Natter
I missed this originally, and then saw it in the Yearbook post. A superb piece of work on a really challenging scheme. Anyone who tries it is brave, anyone who suceeds as well as this definitely gets my vote. Brilliant. Dave
pigsty
Hi Ferny, Did you leave the Berlin brigade badge off on purpose? If you have not got them i have found two in my spares box you can put to use, yours if you want them. Ivan If by any remote chance those badges are still available, I'd be very happy to give them a good home. I know every bugger and his dog does the Berlin scheme, but my Chieftain Mk.10 is the only one of my run of UK armour that can legitimately wear it, so my hands are tied ...
