Giorgio N
After many years looking around in every shop and at every modelling show, posting requests in a several forums and checking online shops, I finally found the /24 Fujimi kit of the Fiat Barchetta ! While away for a business trip, I had the chance to pop into a shop this morning and here it was, together with some other fujimi kits. For quite a reasonable price too. It's the "hardtop" version in metallic blue and as this has the same wheels, colour and accessories (hardtop included) of the one I have in my profile pic here, it's the best box I could find ! Now as this will be my first 1/24 car, I'll soon start to ask for advices here ! Aircrafts, I can paint them fine. Car, not sure....

Séan Pádraig
Woo Hoo.... always a nice feeling (I remember when I finally sourced a CM-170 in 1/48)... and I think the car was only ever produced in LHD so the kit will suit whichever car you wanted to build.... as for help... after seeing some of your builds I think you will breez it. Giorgio N
True, it's one of the nicest moments in modelling ! And after the say less than perfect week I've had it was a feeling really needed ! Yes, the car was only ever available in LHD guise, although a UK specialist offered a RHD conversion. A bad mistake IMHO from Fiat: the Barchetta sold quite well in the UK, had a RHD version been available they'd have sold way more. But somebody in the company was more interested in finance operations rather than building cars in those days...
