Advice regarding Spray Paint or Brush

Hi guys i have 2 new models to build, A F-86 sabre D and a CB750F Motorcycle, Now the sabre is plastic but needs silver paint and since silver is notoriously hard to brush on would i benifit from using a spray version of the paint?. Also the Cb750f has some chrome on it but mostly plastic so i could paint it with a brush but obviously it won't shine up well etc.

So given this info what would you do in my place use spray paint or stick to brush as it's what i've used since starting model making.

You could try a spray can.

An airbrush will give a better finish than a brush unless your Claude Monet so if it was me i'd be using that. I do find that Vallejo model air metallics do brush quite nicely though, as do the Citadel paints.
