does anyone know of any 1/72 plans for the XF-84H Thunderscreech?

I think there were some in an old, old copy of PAM (Plastic Aircraft Modeller) News from waaaaaaaaaay back in the 1970's, IIRC they ran a competition converting the Airfix kit into the turboprop monster, there may have been articles describing how it was done.

They're buried waaaay deep in the stash, it would take me a while to find them - hopefully somebody's got them closer to hand.

If ever there's a subject that's long overdue a modern kitting of it then the F/RF-84F series are it - go on Revell, you know you want to!

Thanks Wez,

I have the idea of converting an Italeri Thunderflash.

Well I've found the article with the plans (FWIW), there's also some useful photos of the 'screech, unfortunately I can't find the articles where the competition winners described how they converted the kit - PM me if you're still interested.
