Hi all

Does any of you know where I can get some decals printed off as I have spent alot of time making my own decals only to find out that when I printed them off this weekend and placed on my model some of the decals did not come out like I wanted them to.

I've been building a Tornado GR4 and puttting the decals togather for a long time now to which some of the decals need to be printed on a white background such as the rescue arrows, also do any of you know where I can get some good thin quality decal paper as the stuff im using is a bit on the thick side and curls up when you place the decal on the model it also hates the decal setting solutions aswell. I would be most appreciative of any help and advice thanks.

Clive,

Have a look at 'Best inkjet decal paper?, Anyone have any experience, good or bad?' posted a few weeks ago. Hannants are waiting for supplies apparently, so that is a source. I printed deacls for my Lincoln but chose 'clear' instead of 'white', therefore what I expected to be white serials were clear, so the black background came through, now there's a surprise. So make sure you obtain the correct paper, oh! and BTW paper is available for ink jet or laser, so again make sure. I did note that removing the decal from the backing paper caused it to curl/wrinkle, so needs to be removed carefully.

Best of luck,
