F-32 Posted May 23, 2012 Share Posted May 23, 2012 My third finish of the year and my second submarine! I've always been a fan of this kit and have a few in the stash. I finished it in Halfords Volvo dark grey and brush painted some details in Humbrol matt black. Decals went on without any drama and then everything was sealed with a coat of Klear. The base is from just bases and the supports are those that come in the kit - I chopped the rest off! When I put flags on my models I use a rectangle of foil from a wine bottle, paint it white, put on the decal, trim to size and fold as required.
